Create Board/Assembly:
This is used to create a new assembly and coordinate frame
that will be used for a new solid that represents a board or just a solid that
has other solids that would be considered as parts of it.
Name: The initial name given will be used as the name
of the assembly and the name of the coordinate frame.
Once you hit "OK", the Solid form will be opened, with the new
assembly set and the new coordinate frame set. There will also be a button at
the bottom of the form to go and create layers if the solid you are creating is
a layered board (This is to be done after the actual board is created).
