User Manual |
| The modify geometry form allows for the modification of solids of a certain type. The purpose is mostly for modification of a single solid. For modifying multiple solids (and in many cases an individual solid) it is best to use the Listview modify solid form. With the selection control on Object->Solid, the selected solid(s) will automatically be selected in the modify solid form that opens up. From here the user can access the blocks form which allows the user to modify the dimensions of individual blocks of a solid. |

| The delete button will delete all of the blocks of the solid but any boundary conditions associated to the solid or any of its blocks or surfaces will not be deleted by default. They will effectively be ignored, but the user can delete the unused boundary conditions elsewhere. Solid parameters such as material, coordinate frame, part are easiest to modify through the modify multiple solids form in Listview. |

| This form also gives the ability to move or copy the solid in a number of ways. Translating, Rotating, Mirroring, and Scaling can all be achieved through the move/copy panel. Any of the previous operations can be done to the copies of the solid if the copy option is selected. When creating multiple copies, each copy will be moved a factor of the given parameters. By default, the objects will be moved with respect to the global coordinate frame, but the user can specify which coordinate frame to rotate, mirror, or scale with respect to.
