File - New:
New is used to create a new model. The model will be initialized with the
default values that are stored in the EFlo_db file in the Application directory
(C:/ElectroFlo/ is the default). The user is free to change the default database
and there is also a backup of this file in the Libraries folder in case the db
file becomes corrupted at some point. The databases are Access databases, so
they can be viewed using Microsoft Access. However, Access is not required to
create and save models.
