View - Windows Positioning:
This is used to set the locations and sizes of the graphics windows in the
main ElectroFlo window.
EFlo Default (shortcut = ctrl + E) - This places the 3 2-D windows
equally sized, leaving room on the right side for the tabbed forms.
3D Window (shortcut = F3) - This maximizes the 3D window, leaving room
on the right side form tabbed forms
